Teaketl LLC is a per-minute, human-powered chat service. Users connect with real people (“Teabuddies”) for supportive, conversational companionship in a safe online environment.
Customers purchase chat time and are billed per minute while connected to a live Teabuddy. Conversations are text-based and take place through our secure web platform.

If a customer experiences technical issues or is dissatisfied with a session, they may contact support within 7 days of the transaction. Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Customers may end a chat session at any time. Billing stops immediately when the session ends. There are no subscription commitments for per-minute usage.
By using Teaketl, users agree to use the service respectfully and in accordance with applicable laws. Harassment, exploitation, or illegal activity is strictly prohibited. Teaketl reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate platform guidelines.
